All orders require 1-3 business days to process plus shipping time. Shipping time will vary depending on the destination and the shipping speed you choose at checkout. You may choose to pay more for shipping upgrades at checkout for eligible items. Please note that upgrading shipping only expedites shipping time and not order processing time.
All packages ship via USPS from San Francisco, California.
At this time I have needed to limit my shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada because the pandemic is causing International shipping time to take longer than usual. I hope to reopen shipping to other places soon. You can sign up for my email newsletter if you want to make sure to know when that happens!
Returns and Refunds
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact me immediately and within 7 days of the delivery of your order at firstname.lastname@example.org so that I can make it right!
Art Print Questions
No, I do not offer other sizes besides what is listed for each piece. If you are looking to fill a large space, you could use a mat with your frame. Plus I think my prints look quite nice with the white space of a mat around it!
I am not able to offer digital downloads of my art at this time as it conflicts with how I track the rights of my art when I work with clients.
I am not doing custom adjustments to the art in my shop right now.
My arts prints are standard sizes in the U.S. so it should be pretty easy to find frames for them. The frame shown in the photos is an 11x14 inch frame with an 8x10 matte. I've also seen it in a 16x20 with an 11x14 matte, for the larger prints. Another option is the online framing shops like Framebridge or Simply Framed. Basically you mail them what you want framed and then they frame it and ship it back to you.
Collaborations and Commissions
Yes! I consider these on a case-by-case basis. Please visit my Collaborations page for details.
At this time I am not able to do custom portraits but may reopen that in the future. You could sign up for my monthly newsletter if you'd like – that would be the first place that I would announce something like that.
I fully self-published my first book, Neela Goes to San Francisco, and hybrid-published my second book, Priya Dreams of Marigolds & Masala. If you are curious about the process, I have a blog post with all the details here.
